Ellen Yvonne Johnson's Obituary
Ms. Ellen Yvonne Johnson, 82 of Huntington, went home to be with the Lord, Friday, January 27, 2023 at St. Mary's Hospital. She was born June 5, 1940 in Huntington, West Virginia to the late Robert H. and late Frances E. Johnson. She was a graduate of Douglass High School, and a lifelong member of Young Chapel AM.E. Church, where she was a member of the Missionary Society and gospel choir. She was preceded in death by her sisters Johnnie Mae Jones and Nancy Johnson; brothers James William Johnson and Archie Johnson. She is survived by her sisters Roberta Louise Jones of California, Edna Ruth Zerquera of Ohio, Zelma Morton of Huntington, and one brother Robert H. Johnson Jr of California; and a host of nieces and nephews whom she loved. No services will be held. Hall Funeral Home & Crematory in Proctorville, OH is assisting the family.
