Ellen Kaye Waddell's Obituary
Ellen Kaye Waddell, 84, of Ironton, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, December 21, 2024 at Community Hospice in Ashland, KY. Born on July 1, 1940 in Franklin Furnace, KY, she was the daughter of the late Charles Kenneth and Laura Marshall Waddell Sr. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Donald E. Waddell, Charles Kenneth Waddell Jr., and William Waddell. Ellen was an Air Force veteran and retired from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Clara Waddell and several nieces and nephews.
