Elmer Watts Caskey, Jr.'s Obituary
Elmer Watts Caskey Jr., 66, of Greenup, KY, passed away on Thursday, June 2, 2022 at River Run Healthcare of Franklin Furnace, OH. He was preceded in death by his parents Elmer Watts Sr. and Mary (Michaels) Caskey; wife Alisa Caskey; brother Thurman Ray Fetty; and cousin Rick Carter. He is survived by his son Brian Caskey; grandson Gabriel Neace; brother Bo Caskey; sisters Virginia Booth, Tangela Calloway, Judy Mitchell, May Shover and several nieces & nephews. A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 6, 2022 at 2 p.m. at Hall Funeral Home & Crematory in Proctorville, OH conducted by Pastor Brady Lipscomb.
