Elmus O. Guy's Obituary
Elmus O. Guy, 84, of Scottown, Ohio passed peacefully from this world to enter Heaven on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 in St. Marys Medical Center, Huntington, WV. He was born in Phoenix, AZ February 10, 1937. He was a kind man who loved his family, was helpful to many, and enjoyed working. He was a Christian in his belief, actions, and life. He retired from Owens Illinois, Grief, and Wootens Machine Shop. He is survived by his wife, Jeryln; children Wayde Guy, Adelia Guy and Suzanne Leigh; and siblings Shirley Guy, Denzil Guy, and Hazel Lane. He was preceded in death by parents Elmus and Mabel Guy; and sisters Erma Foxford, Dora Bedoya and Clara Delano. The family will receive friends 2 to 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 11, 2021 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. The family is requesting visitors to wear masks and observe social distancing. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to your favorite charity in his honor.
