Known for his warmth, generosity, and ever-present sense of humor, he had a remarkable gift for making people laugh and feel welcome. Elvin shared 19 wonderful years with his beloved wife, Katrina Hodge, and 15 years of marriage filled with love, laughter, and partnership. He was a devoted father to his three children, Chelsea (Steven) Smith, Tearanee (Katie) Robinson-Bowen, and Brandon Martin (James), who brought him immense pride and joy. His legacy continues through his grandchildren, Ra'Nya Smith, Steven Smith Jr., Adonis Smith, Raiden Smith, and Nialaki Robinson. He also cherished his mother-in-law, Lisa Cavender, and had many beloved siblings, nieces, and nephews who brought happiness to his life. He loved life and loved people, always bringing joy to those around him. His laughter, kindness, and playful spirit will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all who knew him.
