Emma Lou Hayner 1942 - 2017 Emma Lou Hayner, 74, of Scottown, Ohio passed away Monday October 23, 2017 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington, WV. She was born November 23, 1942 in Gallipolis, Ohio daughter of the late Stanley and Nida Rawlins Fellure. She is survived by her husband Charles Hayner; one son David Allen (Frieda) Hayner of Grove City, Ohio; two brothers Thomas (Winnie) Fellure of Pataskala, Ohio and Charles (Joyce) Fellure of Columbus, Ohio; and special friend Vadney Craig. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Thursday, October 26, 2017 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio by Pastor Jason Morris. Burial will follow in Good Hope Cemetery, Crown City, Ohio. Visitation will be held 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, October 26, 2017 at the funeral home.
