Ernie Lee Nichols 1936 - 2017
Ernie Lee Nichols, 80, of Crown City, Ohio went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at home. He was born May 2, 1936 in Miller, Ohio son of the late Grover and Janie Nichols. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son Greg Nichols; seven brothers, infant Jr. Nichols, William Nichols, Earl Nichols, Russell Nichols, Marlin Nichols, Bobby Nichols and Virgil Ray Nichols; two sisters Alice Jack and Janice Sims. He is survived by his wife of 60 years Marie Nichols; one daughter Leigh Ann (Brent) Zerkle; granddaughter Megan (Tommy) Saunders; great granddaughter Emma Saunders; two sisters Arlie Mae (Glen) Ramey and Juanita (Kenny) Dillon; two sisters-in-law Twila Nichols and Mary Alice Nichols; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be conducted 12 noon Saturday, March 18, 2017 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio with Pastor Jason Morris officiating. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio. Graveside Masonic rites will be conducted by Masonic Lodge Ohio Valley #536 F & AM, Crown City, Ohio.
