Fern Fulks Lewis 1923 - 2017 Fern Fulks Lewis, 94, of Scottown, Ohio passed away Saturday, November 4, 2017 at St. Marys Medical Center, Huntington, WV. She was born February 1, 1923 in Gallia County, Ohio daughter of the late Jim and Olive Dillon Fulks. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Paul Oscar Lewis; and one brother Harding Fulks. She is survived by three children John (Drema) Lewis of Scottown, Ohio, Sharon (Steve) Wolfe of Cannonsburg, Ky and Bob (Cindy) Lewis of Proctorville, Ohio; six grandchildren Aaron Lewis, Abbie (Rock) Pannell, Jeff (Patricia) Watson, Nikki (Carl) Reuthebuck, Courtney Lewis and Whitney Lewis; nine great grandchildren McKenna, Walker and Lincoln Pannell, Sara-Kate and Olivia Lewis, Zach, Brooke and Katie Watson and Megan ONeal; three great great grandchildren Mason Watson, Jack Watson and Ashton ONeal; and two brothers Stanford and Billy Fulks. The family would like to extend a special thank you to her caregiver Cathy Lucas. She was a member of Guyan Valley Missionary Baptist Church since 1935 and was a retired cook from Fairland School District. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio by Rev. Jason Morris. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio. Visitation will be held 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, November 6, 2017 and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio.
