Fleta Ann Rice's Obituary
Fleta Ann Rice, 71, of Proctorville, Ohio, passed away Saturday, December 13th at St. Mary’s medical center. Fleta is proceeded in death by her husband, Wayne Rice; her mother and father, Cecil and Doris Ferguson; her brothers, Clyde, Arnold, and Jim Ferguson, and her sister, Grace Mills. She is survived by her brother Billy Ferguson and her sister Sandra Leffingwell. She was a loving mother to her three children, Tonya Caperton, Donnie and Charlie Knight and many grandchildren. She was a lady of her word and tremendously loved by her family and those that knew her. She was stubborn, crazy, and full of laughter. Her memory will live on with those around her. She will be missed. A graveside service will be held at 12 Noon at Rome Cemetery and visitation will be held from 10:45-11:45 on Wednesday December 17, 2025.
