Forrest Wayne Tumbleson's Obituary
Forrest Wayne Tumbleson, 89, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Saturday August 2, 2025, at home. He was born February 16, 1936, in Gallia County, Ohio to the late Ona Wayne and Frances Marie Galloway Tumbleson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers Merrill Tumbleson and Carl Tumbleson; and two sisters Linda Lou Green and Ruth Collier. He was retired from Chesapeake Veterinarian Clinic and was a member of Lucinda Baptist Church. He is survived by one brother James Green of California; and five sisters Justine Joy of Florida, Erma Benjamin of New York, Opal Galloway of Proctorville, Nora Stutts of North Carolina, and Carolyn Sue Jacobs of Florida; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday August 23, 2025, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Burial will follow in Good Hope Cemetery Crown City, Ohio.
