Frances M. Stephens' Obituary
Frances M. Stephens, 83, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Thursday, December 12, 2019 at The Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, WV. She was born March 8, 1936 in Huntington, WV daughter of the late Walter and Nellie McComas Nance. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Stephens, four sisters Kay Fuller, Edna Wood, Judy Hesson, Jean Gothard. She is survived by four children Judy (Kevin) McCartney, Janet (Tommy) Arthur, Joyce Clark and Eddy Stephens; grandchildren Amber (Mike) Manning, Ashlee McCartney, Jason and Clayton Arthur, Derrick McCormick, and Nick, Allison and Holly Stephens; great grandchildren Riley, Olivia and Isaac Manning, Charisma, Thomas and Jacob Arthur, Mackenzi Ferguson, Reagan, Morgan, Wyatt, Logan, McKaila and Colt McCormick; brothers James Nance, Norman Nance and Billy Nance; sister Susie Fuller; and several nieces and nephews. A private family graveside service will be held at Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements.
