Frank Joseph Stephen Bova Jr., 89, of Proctorville, OH passed away at his residence on Saturday, November 18, 2023. He was born on December 26, 1933, in Brooklyn, NY. He was preceded in death by his parents Frank Joseph Stephen Bova Sr. and Theresa Rosemary Maschera. Also, his wife Roberta Bova and two sisters, Theresa Wilgus and Frances Montroso; and a great grandson, Nathan Haikal.Frank is survived by one daughter Debbie (Larry) Black of Proctorville, one son Joey (Sandie) Bova of Proctorville; Five grandchildren, Cindi (Scott) Caserta, Jane (Lee) Haikal, Misty (Russ) Tully, Wendy Borstein, and Megan (Matt) Cook; Six great grandchildren, Elias, Ben, Noah, Sam, Hannah, and Parker; Two great great grandchildren, Charlee Haikal and Nate Haikal.Frank owned and operated Bova's Garage in Proctorville, OH. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Proctorville, OH.There will be a funeral service on Wednesday, November 22, 2023, at 1:00pm at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, OH. Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service from 12:00pm-1:00pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Rome Cemetery.
