Frank was a very kind and interesting human. I had the pleasure of learning to play tennis with him as the coach and he was always so enthusiastic of his teams. He would often let us play golf for free at his course as well so we could learn the game. Very grateful to have known him

I will truly miss Frank and was sad to hear of his passing. Both of you always made me feel welcome anytime I came to play golf or hunt on the property in the fall. Frank always made sure I had my favorite hunting spot and would catch me when I came back in and we would have our conversations just like we did during golf season. We both had a solution for everything. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Frank was a great man and one of my mentors throughout my life. I truly loved this man and what he stood for as a teacher, a coach, a friend and an athlete. He will be dearly missed and proud to say he was my friend.
I am saddened to hear this. Frank was truly a great and gentle man. He was a close friend to my dad , Clarence Donahue Jr., having grown up in Point Pleasant. There are so many found memories of Frank. Condolences to the family from myself, Dirk Donahue and my brothers Todd and Kent.
I remember spending many days out to the golf course while growing up with Frank and his family. He always kept the jr golf program active for many years and continued gis help with all the county hs golf teams. He will be greatly missed.
Frank was truly a good man. He treated everyone with courtesy and respect. He's gonna be missed by anyone that had the pleasure of knowing him. Fly High Frank with no more pain!!!
I knew Frank as a Rotarian from across the River...he would attend makeup meeting's. Such an advocate from Mason County...I learned golf later in years and came to know Frank playing golf there regularly...he was always kind and gracious about getting us on and inviting us back....a true example of "service above self" He will be missed

From the first time I met him as my teacher at Wahama he was one of my heros. I just spoke to someone just days ago about how I always looked up to him as a great American and an excellent role model! I loved every conversation with this great man!
