Franklin D Kincaid's Obituary
Franklin Delano Kincaid, 79, of Huntington, WV, passed away Tuesday December 2, 2025 ,at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, WV. He was born on February 6, 1946, in Frankfort, KY. He was preceded in death by his mother Alberta Wheeler Pauley; eight siblings; and wife Wanda Kincaid. He was an Army Veteran and a proud member of The Salvation Army. He is survived by one son Woodrow Kincaid of Huntington, WV; one granddaughter Jenna (Zach) Dial of Scottown, OH; great grandson Winston Dial; one brother Albert Pauley; two sisters Juanita Smith and Charlene Hanna; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Service will be held at 2 PM Monday, December 8, 2025, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH, with Pastor Alan Martin officiating. Burial will follow the service at Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, OH. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
