Fred J. Russell, 93, of Holiday, FL, formerly of Chesapeake, Ohio passed away November 13, 2017.
He is survived by his wife, Virginia R. Russell.
A graveside service will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday, April 21, 2018 at Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio. Military graveside rites will be conducted by American Legion Post #16, Huntington, WV.
Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements.
