Freda Carol Withrow, 85, of Proctorville, OH, passed away on Saturday, June 29, 2024, at home. She was born on May 2, 1939, in Chesapeake, OH. She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Jina O'Neil and three brothers, Roger, Ronnie, and Leo Withrow. She was a retired CNA from Heartland of Riverview in South Point, Ohio. She is survived by two sons, David O'Neill and Eric (Marsha) Withrow; granddaughter, Karissa (Aden) Clements; three brothers, Roy, Larry, and Danny Withrow, and sister, Mary Bell. There will be no services held. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH, is assisting the family with arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to the family at ehallfuneralhome.com.
