Fredrick "Koup-DaVille" Paul Cooper III, 45, of Proctorville, OH, left this world on Saturday, February 24, 2024, at St. Mary's Medical Center, Huntington, WV, with his beloved family and friends by his side. He was born on April 9, 1978, in Huntington, WV, to the late Fredrick "Brown" Paul Jr. and Brenda Kay Cooper. He was also preceded in death by his beloved son Zane; brother Jason Cooper; great grandmother Fannie; grandfather Fredrick Paul Sr. (Edna); and cousin Jeff Jarrell. He is survived by one sister Tasha (Shane) Frasher of Prichard, WV; one niece Breanna Frasher; two nephews Braydon and Brody Frasher; one great niece Bailey Frasher; two aunts Brenda (John) Jarrell and Melinda (Jeff) Moore of Proctorville, OH; two very close cousins, who he loved dearly, Cookie Jarrell and Boomer Moore; lifelong love Melisa Mays; and many friends, too many to name. Freddy attended Fairland Local Schools. He had a love for football, fishing, motorcycle riding, and hunting. Freddy lived his life to the fullest. Funeral Service will be held at 11 A.M. Friday, March 1, 2024, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH, with Jamie Baugh officiating. Burial will follow the service at McClellan Crum Cemetery, Dunlow, WV. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with expenses.
