Gail Hilderbrandt Dunfee's Obituary
Gail Hilderbrandt Dunfee, 74, of South Point, OH passed away Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at Kings Daughter's Medical Center in Ashland, KY. She was born July 29, 1949, in Huntington, WV to the late Herman and Avis Roberts Hilderbrandt. She was also preceded in death by her sisters, Nancy Hilderbrandt and June Lozier; and her brother Robert Hilderbrandt.Gail is survived by her husband, David Dunfee. Also surviving are, her sister, Doris Halcombe; two stepsons, Michael Dunfee and Jason Dunfee; seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; and great great nieces and nephews.Gail retired from Black Diamond Produce in Huntington, WV., as one of their office employees. She was also a member of the Windsor Independent Church in Proctorville, OH., and the Proctorville VFW Ladies Auxiliary.There will be a funeral service on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at 2PM at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, OH. with Pastor Harold Hamlin officiating. A visitation will take place one hour prior to the service from 1PM~2PM at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Rome Cemetery in Proctorville, OH.
