Gary Wayne Waugh's Obituary
Gary Wayne Waugh, 81, of Proctorville, Ohio, passed away on Monday, November 25, 2024, at his home. He was born on November 1, 1943, to the late Mabel Morrison and Raymond Waugh. He was also preceded in death by his loving wife, Patricia Waugh; daughter, Kathy Torres and his brothers, Allen and Eddie Waugh. He is survived by three sons, Jerry (Rachel) Adkins of Chesapeake, Ohio, Kermit Adkins of Michigan, and Raymond Waugh of Huntington, West Virginia; daughter, Rita Floyd of South Point, Ohio; one sister, Joyce Ryder of West Virginia; special cousins, Majorie Templeton; 10 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Friday November 29, 2024, at 10:00 AM and the visitation will be held one hour prior to services at 9:00 AM, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, Ohio. Pastor Justing Berry will be conducting the service. Burial will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens in Barboursville, West Virginia.
