Georgia Kincaid's Obituary
Georgia Wilks Adkins Kincaid, 84, of Huntington, WV, passed away on Friday, August 13, 2021, at Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington, WV. She was born on May 14, 1937, in Ironton, OH, to the late William and Minnie Holland Wilks. She was preceded in death by four brothers Roy, Harry, Ernest, and Joe Wilks; and five sisters Naomi Mitchell, Cora Scarberry, Mabel Wilks, Margaret Blizzard, and Sarah Green. She is survived by two sons James "Jim" Adkins of Huntington, WV, and William "Bill" Adkins of Gallia County, OH; one grandson James "J.B." Byrd; four great grandchildren Kayleigh, Elijah, Mason, Isabella; one sister Faye Walters of Indianapolis, IN; and numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Funeral Service will be held at 2 PM, Thursday, August 19, 2021, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH, with Pastor Greg Dial officiating. Burial will follow the service at Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, OH. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
