Georgia Lucille Neal, 93, of Proctorville, Ohio, passed away on Friday, November 3, 2023 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House in Huntington, WV. Born on June 14, 2023 in Greenbrier County, in WV, she was the daughter of the late Elzie and Lyda E. Allen Romans. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Lonnie E. Neal; daughter, Barbara Neal Raczok; brothers, Watson, Ernest, Walter, Howard, Kenzie, Okey, Homer Romans, and sister, Marie Romans Gibson. Georgie is survived by her daughter, Trina Phillips; grandchildren, Jennifer Raczok (Joe) Bailey and Andrew Richard Philips; 2 great-grandchildren, Jonathan and Erin Bailey; sister, Josephine TenEyck and several nieces and nephews.
