Georgiana M Flowers' Obituary
GEORGIANA M. FLOWERS, 87, of Chesapeake, OH, went home to be with the Lord, Friday, March 4, 2016, in River's Bend Health Care with her family at her side. Funeral service will be 11 AM Tuesday, March 8, 2016, at Schneider-Griffin Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Woodmere Memorial Park. Georgiana was born July 27, 1928, in Proctorville, OH, a daughter of the late Louis A. and Pearl Houston Johnson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Moses Flowers; her son, Larry Don Flowers; her grandson, Aaron Daniel Flowers; four brothers, Paul, Lehman, Mack, and Gerald Johnson; and her sister, Velma Watts. Georgiana is survived by her grandchildren, Jedd Flowers and Jill Flowers and their mother, Rebecca Flowers; her great granddaughter, Rilee Elizabeth Flowers; her brother, Bill Johnson; her sister, Venus Zimmerman; and many beloved nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 10 AM to 11 AM Tuesday at Schneider-Griffin Funeral Home, Chesapeake, OH. The family would like to extend a special thank you to a special caregiver, Brenda Davis and also the staff of River's Bend Health Care for their comfort, care, and compassion they gave to Georgiana.
