Geraldine “Jerri” Skeens, 70, of Huntington, WV passed away Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, WV. She was born May 14, 1947 in Wayne County, WV daughter of the late Joe and Ethel Thompson Barker. She is survived by her children Jeff (Arlene) Ward of Columbus, Ohio, Kelly Bailey of Huntington, WV and Lori Walker of Huntington, WV; grandchildren Jessica Prince, Christopher Pauley, Courtney Ward, Cody (Katie) Ward, Desirra Skeens, Tyler Ward, Zachary Black, Destinee Crislip, Breeona Walker and Makayleigh Walker; great grandchildren Madison Wilburn, Abigail Prince, Isaiah Prince, Issac Prince, Braelynn Fannin, Keira Black and Eli Black; sister Joann Hastings of Proctorville, Ohio; niece Kimmie (Jeff) Shano of Concord, NC; and nephew Jeremy Hastings of Proctorville, Ohio. Funeral service will be conducted 6 p.m. Friday, February 2, 2018 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Visitation will be held 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, February 2, 2018 at the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed to the family at ehallfuneralhome.com.
