Glenn Allan Neal's Obituary
Glenn Allan Neal, 74, of Glenwood, WV, went home to be with the Lord, on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at Holzer Medical Center in Gallipolis, OH. He was born on October 18, 1951, in Huntington, WV, to Patty and Glenn Mullins. Allan was adopted early in life by his maternal grandmother, Wanda, and her husband, George Neal. Allan loved his family, his Savior, and cars! He knew practically everything there was to know about all the makes and models of cars. Allan walked all over Huntington and knew many people because of his friendly manner. Later in life, Allan became a member of the Betty Smith family and moved with them to Mason County. Allan is survived by many who loved him, those left to cherish his memory, include Betty Smith and her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and his California cousins, Susan Kitchen Langley, David Kitchen, and Jan Kitchen Parkhill. Allan was a blessing to all who knew him and will be greatly missed. The family would like to express a special thank you to the critical care unit at Holzer Medical Center for their extraordinary and compassionate care for Allan. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, July 30, 2026, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Burial will follow in Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington, WV.
