Grover Cleveland Adkins, 67, of Chesapeake, OH went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 4, 2019, peacefully at home. He was born June 13, 1952 in Huntington, WV son of the late Charlie and Rosalee Adkins. He was also preceded in death by six brothers and sisters. He is survived by his sisters, Mary Armstrong of Chesapeake, OH. Rosella Adkins of FL.; his brothers Andy Young of Columbus , OH, Gordon Adkins of Ironton, OH, David Ellis of Lesage, WV, and Hank Stephens of Scottown, Ohio. He is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews.
