Grover Cleveland Skeens' Obituary
Grover Cleveland Skeens, 75, of South Point, OH, passed away on Monday, May 2, 2022, at home. He was born on November 10, 1946, in Wayne Co, WV, to the late Monroe and Shirley Spence Skeens. He was also preceded in death in death by two brothers Monroe Skeens Jr. and Danny Skeens and sister Bonnie Skeens. He was retired from Pepsi Cola in Huntington, WV, and Huntington Sanitary Board. He is survived by his wife Wanda Kay Gibbs Skeens; two sons Rick Skeens and Jeff (Lisa) Skeens both of South Point, OH; four grandchildren Kayla Skeens Murphy (Romie), Erika Skeens Delawder (Frank), Justin Skeens (Meredith), and Jocelyn Skeens; four great grandchildren Kayson and Owen Delawder and Elliana and Nash Murphy; three brothers Jerry Skeens (Susan) of Chesapeake, OH, Mike Skeens (Annette), and Scott Skeens both of Wayne, WV; three sisters Mary Frazier (John) of Johnstown, OH, Ann Noble of Wayne, and Debbie Talbort of Kenova, WV; sister-in-law Sue Hysell Hall (Paul) of Cleveland, OH; several nieces and nephews; and three special friends Robert Ross, Bill Daniels, and George Hutchison all of South Point, OH.
