Harriette Jane Mannon, 79, of Proctorville, OH, passed away Sunday, February 15, 2026, at Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, WV. She was born August 5, 1946, in Huntington, WV, to the late James Fredrick and Mary Chinn Hicks. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Gary Pat Mannon; one brother Jimmy Hicks; and one nephew Adam Hicks. She is survived by her two daughters Michele (Randy) Corder and Kelly Adams; five grandchildren Kayla, Samantha, Tiffany, Karleigh, and Khloe; two great grandchildren Parker and Jade; and one niece Mary Hicks. Private family services will be held at a later date. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH, is assisting the family with arrangements.
