Hazel Virginia Miller's Obituary
Hazel Virginia Miller went to be with the love of her life, Jesus Christ, April 10, 2022. Hazel was born March 5th, 1926 in Clintonville, W.V. to Paul and Betty Thompson. She was very proud of her daddy, Bill Collins, who raised her. She was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years: Ralph E. Miller, her parents, brothers: Woody Collins, Gale Collins, sisters: Edna Buffalo, Elene Cash, and Helen Glick, sons: Robert L. Lambert Jr., Steven (Mike) Miller, Rockford (Rocky) L. Lambert, daughter: Linda Asbury, granddaughter: Stephanie Lambert, grandson: Dustin T. Matthews, and son-in-law: Anthony Lisi.
Hazel is survived by her sister: Jewell Jamison of Galloway, O.H., son: Rick (Cindy) Miller of Jacksonville, F.L., daughters: Betty D. Lambert of Gahanna, O.H., Kathy (Rick) Shultz of New Carlisle, O.H., Judy (Clint) Roberts of Londonderry, O.H., and Diana Lisi of Chillicothe, O.H. She also had numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind a special niece, Charlene Walker, that was there for her anytime. Hazel had a great sense of humor, which she was proud to say that she prayed for. Someone once told her she also needed to pray for the sense enough to use it.
Hazel had friends who she loved dearly from Columbus, O.H. to Jacksonville, F.L. and beyond. She made friends everywhere she went, and to know her was to love her. She left many memories for those that love her. Most of all, Hazel was a great witness of her faith and a prayer warrior. Anyone that knew her and asked her to pray for them, she did. She will be dearly missed. Funeral Service will be held at 11 A.M. Saturday, April 16, 2022, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH. Burial will follow the service at Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, OH. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 P.M. Friday, April 15, 2022, at the funeral home.
