Hazel Roberta Pelay's Obituary
Hazel Roberta Pelay, 92, of Huntington, WV, passed away Thursday December 12, 2019 at home. She was born August 6, 1927 in Prichard, WV toe the late Hayes and Hester Prichard McCoy. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Paul Pelay and six siblings. She retired from Owens Illinois and was a member of Westmoreland Baptist Church. She is survived by two daughters Debbie (Rick) Brown of Huntington and Jeannie Ferguson of Huntington; five grandchildren Angela Ferguson, Pau Anthony Brown, Rick Brown Jr., Chris Fulks, and Jennifer Faulkner; nine great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. There will be no services. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is in charge of arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.ehallfuneralhome.com
