Heidi Lynn (Moore) Bass was born in Jackson, MI on August 10, 1976 and grew up in Greenwood, DE. She walked into the loving arms of Jesus on Friday June 30, 2023. Heidi is a creative soul who touched many lives in her short time on earth; she made beauty out of everything she touched. Heidi was an amazing mother, wife, sister, and friend. She enjoyed gardening, home-improvements, fitness and caring for animals. Over the years, she grew into a strong faith in Jesus. She was kind, generous, beautiful, and gracious in spirit (though clumsy in body).Heidi will always be loved by her husband, Michael Bass; children, Dylan (Shannon) Kenton, Jacob Kenton (Adrianna Maurer), Zoe Kenton, and Michael Bass; father, Peter (Patsy) Moore; mother, Gail (Thomas) Gibbs Jr.; grandfather, Franklin Twilley; siblings, Amy Moore, Rebekah (Brian) Zook, Dawn Moore Bracken, Jessica Gibbs, and Thomas (Kristen) Gibbs III; grandsons, Rainn Kenton and Sutton Kenton; and many other close family and friends.She was welcomed into heaven by her grandparents, Russel (Mabel) Moore, Betty Twilley; brother-in-law, William Stewart.Heidi was loved and respected by many coworkers and friends at St. Mary's Hospital in Huntington, WV where she worked as a Medical-Surgical RN and River Ridge Church in Teays Valley, WV where she attended with her family.A Celebration of Life will be held at 12pm on Saturday, July 8, 2023 at St. Mary's Hospital Chapel in Huntington, WV and at 6pm on Thursday, August 10, 2023 at Family Ministries Fellowship in Bridgeville DE.In lieu of flowers, chocolate, or puppies, donations can be made to Hospice of Huntington.Hall Funeral Home & Crematory in Proctorville, OH is assisting the family.
