Helen R. Steele, 93, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Thursday, August 29, 2024, in St. Mary's Medical Center, Huntington, WV. She was preceded in death by her husband, Allen L. Steele. She was a retired railroad clerk. A graveside service will be held 3 p.m. Friday, October 4, 2024, at Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio. No visitation will be held.
