Herman Sheldon Hensley Jr.'s Obituary
HERMAN SHELDON HENSLEY, JR., 63, of Chesapeake, OH, died Wednesday, August 21, 2013, in Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington. Herman was born December 25, 1949, in Huntington, WV, a son of the late Herman Sheldon and Helen Marie Baise Hensley. He was a United States Marine Corp veteran having served in Vietnam where he received a Purple Heart, and was a former Human Resources Specialist with the Department of the Army. Herman is survived by his wife, Judith Rothschild; two sons, Michael Duane (Amanda) Hensley, currently stationed at Fort Campbell, TN, and Brian Sheldon Hensley of Huntington, WV; three grandchildren, Shiana Renee Bryan, Bentley Sheldon Hensley, and Austin Michael Hensley; one brother, Michael Lee (Lagenia) Hensley of Chesapeake, OH; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 3 to 5 PM Friday, August 23, 2013, at Schneider-Griffin Funeral Home, Chesapeake, OH. There will be an inurnment at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
