Honey Jane Dirton's Obituary
Honey Jane Dirton, 77, of Huntington, WV passed away on Saturday, September 2, 2023 at St. Mary's Medical Center in Huntington, WV. She was born August 1, 1946 in Grafton, WV to the late Norman and Maxine (Sisler) Menear. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul H. Dirton Jr.; infant daughter, Rebecca Dirton and sister, Judy Harrison. Honey retired from Harts & Big Bear and was a member of 6th Ave Church of Christ. Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Robin (Phillip) Skeens of West Hamlin, WV; two sons, Scott (Trudy) Menear of Huntington, WV and Jonathan Dirton of Huntington, WV; eight grandchildren; five great grandchildren; one brother, William (Marilyn) Menear; one brother-in-law, Sonny Harrison and several nieces and nephews. There will be a Memorial gathering held from 2-4 p.m. on Sunday, September 17, 2023 at 6th Avenue Church of Christ in Huntington, WV.
