Hunter Laine Faulkner's Obituary
Hunter Laine Faulkner, 22, of Huntington, WV, met Jesus on July 5, 2022 at his home. He was born July 13, 1999 to Michael and Denise Faulkner. He was raised by his grandmother Alice McCormick which he helped care for. He graduated from Huntington High School and was a member of the football team. He was employed by Walmart on Rt. 60 #2244. He had a lot of friends there and respected his co-workers very much. He could make people smile with his presence. Hunter was preceded in death by his father Michael Faulkner, grandfather Froud Faulkner, great grandparents Damer & Edna McCormick and Frank & Essie Faulkner. He left behind two brothers Michael Faulkner and Wyatt Faulkner; one sister Julia Faulkner Ferguson; grandmother Alice McCormick; grandmother Anna Hardesty; aunt Sheri Faulkner; two close cousins Jason Gibson and Jared Stanley; several aunts that were special to him; niece Seiko Dotson; special little cousin Rowan Gibson and one uncle. He was always asking his grandma about Jesus. Hunter will be missed so much. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday July 12, 2022 at Hall Funeral Home & Crematory in Proctorville, OH officiated by Scott Chandler. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Miller Memorial Gardens in Miller, OH. Pallbearers will be Michael Faulkner Jr., Wyatt Faulkner, Jason Gibson, Jared Stanley, Gary McCormick Jr., Steve Walters, Mark McCormick and special uncle Michael Murphy Sr. Condolences may be expressed to the family at ehallfuneralhome.com.
