Iva Jean Willis, 89, of Montezuma, Georgia, formerly of Proctorville, OH, passed away on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at home. She was born on February 24, 1937, in Chesapeake, OH, to the late Jacob and Doris Bone Singer. Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM Friday, July 31, 2026, at First Baptist Church, Proctorville, OH, with Pastor Jeff Black officiating the service. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens, South Point, OH. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 PM Thursday, July 30, 2026, at the church. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH, is assisting the family with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Gideons International.
