Jack Leon Day's Obituary
Jack Leon Day, 62, of Chesapeake, Ohio, passed away Monday May 30, 2022. He was born October 7, 1959 in Huntington, WV to the late Leslie Lee and Rose Marie Day. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother John Day. He is survived by his daughter Rebecca Gaither; three grandchildren Leevie Smith (Kaylee), Ashley Smith; three great grandchildren Lucas Wray, Isabella Rose Ann, and William Joe; two brothers Michael Day and Leslie William Day; stepchildren Todd (Christy) Shafer and their son Ethan, Wes (Rosaura) Shafer and their daughter Allison, and Nathan Hogan. Funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday June 2, 2022, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio. Visitation will be held 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday June 2, 2022 at the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.ehallfuneralhome.com.
