Jack Meenach, born on May 6, 1926, in Silver Grove, KY, passed away peacefully on August 1, 2023. Jack was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend. His memory will forever be treasured by those whose lives he touched. Jack's life was forever changed when he met and married his beloved wife, Freda. Theirs was a love story for the ages, filled with laughter, adventures, and unwavering support. Freda's passing left a void in Jack's heart that could never be filled, and he longed for the day they would be reunited. In addition to his wife, Jack was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers, Dude, Wayne, and George and his son Dennis. Their memories will live on through the stories shared and the love they planted in Jack's heart. Born as one half of a dynamic duo, Jack shared an unbreakable bond with his twin sister, Stella. Throughout their lives, they stood by each other's side, providing endless support and love. Jack's nephew, Brent, and niece, Myra, held a special place in his heart, cherishing the times they spent together and the memories they created. Jack was blessed and proudly raised his son, Victor Meenach. As a grandfather, Jack experienced indescribable joy in the presence of his granddaughters, Heather Strode, and Sonya Wright. Heather's husband, Ted, and Sonya's husband, JB, embraced Jack as family, and together they created a bond that will endure for generations to come. Jack lavished his three great-grandchildren, Tyler and Tucker Strode and Grant Wright, with boundless affection, endless stories, and cherished every moment spent with them. Jack Meenach will forever be remembered for his kind heart, gentle spirit, and unwavering loyalty. His legacy lives on through the profound impact he had on his family and friends. May his soul find eternal peace, and may his loved ones find solace in the memories they shared with him. A celebration of Jack's life will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, August 5, 2023, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, OH. Burial will follow at Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, OH.
