Jalina Michelle Bills, 19, of Huntington, WV passed away Friday, August 25, 2017 at UK Hospital, Lexington, KY. She was born October 7, 1997 in Huntington, WV. She was preceded in death by her grandmother Linda Fay Blankenship. She is survived by her parents April Bills and Thomas Hayes; two sisters Felicia Hayes and Kira Hayes; one brother Tehj Hayes; four nephews; two nieces; and special cousin Penny Spears. A gathering of family and friends will be held at a later date. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements.
