James Hampton Bailey, Jr.'s Obituary
James "Jim" Hampton Bailey, Jr., 69, of South Point, OH, passed away on Monday, August 12, 2024, at Cabell Huntington Hospital. Born on March 31, 1955, in Middletown, OH, he was the son of James Hampton Bailey Sr. and the late Mary Ellen Wolfenbarger Bailey. In addition to his father, he is survived by his wife of 22 years, Anna Maria Dingess Bailey; his children, James Scott Bailey, Shayna Conley, and Derek Bailey; grandchildren, Timothy Pullen-Conley, Troy Conley, and Raven Bailey; siblings, Dennis (Andrea) Bailey, Scott (Linda) Bailey, and a host of nieces and nephews. Jim was an avid outdoorsman who loved fishing. He will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, OH, is assisting the family with arrangements.
