James Felmer Ball's Obituary
James Felmer Ball, 65, of Chesapeake, Ohio passed away Wednesday, July 31, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Elizabeth Ratliff Ball. He was a member of Big Branch Church in Chesapeake, Ohio. James is survived by his wife, Diane Ball; two daughters, Candace James of Lillington, NC and Tammy Whited of Milan, IL; one son, Don Anderson of Northridge, CA; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; three sisters, Lyn Carver of Welborn, FL, Anna Lou Bortgis of Hinton, WV and Joni Koenig of Hinton, WV; several nieces and nephews; his best friend like a brother, Jerry Carr of Georgia. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Schneider-Hall Funeral Home in Chesapeake, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements.
