I went to the KISS show with him in 83 when he caught the Firehouse helmet! Good times!

Roger was very active in local theater but couldn't catch for shit. RIP brother!

I was surprised to read about Roger's passing the other day. I was saddened, too, but not totally, because Roger lived a good life. He had a family he loved and who loved him, he was able to pursue his passions of acting and music, he stood up for what he believed in, and he made people laugh. We should all be so lucky. I am glad to have been able to call him my friend. My love to Heather, Jason, Mason, and all of Roger and Heather's family.

Roger also leaves behind his life partner, Heather Renee Daniels, two step sons, Jason and Mason, two additional brothers, Richard and Robert, and sister, Cindi, in-laws, cousins, uncles, aunts, and numerous friends. He is proceeded in death by his Mother, Sarah Ellen Short, and his Father, James Hagley. Roger was very active in local theater throughout his life. He played guitar, was a member of several bands over the years, and was known for his compassion and humor.
