James E. "Jim" Haskins' Obituary
James E. Haskins, Jr., "Jim", 66, of Coal Grove, Ohio formerly of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Thursday, February 3, 2022, in St. Mary's Medical Center, Huntington, WV. He was born December 2, 1955, in Huntington, WV son of James E. Haskins, Sr. of Proctorville, Ohio and the late Erma Lee Riley Haskins. Jim is survived by two daughters, Jannell (Marcus) Rivera and Jennifer (Bill) Kazaleh; one granddaughter, Hannah Rivera; one sister Janie (Nelson) Chatterton; one nephew Kyle (Samantha) Chatterton; one niece, Courtney (Cody) Bailey; one grandnephew, Riley James Chatterton; and one grandniece, Autumn Rose Bailey. He was of Baptist faith and a retired school bus driver from Fairland School District. Prior to Owens Illinois shutting down he was employed there as a glass laborer. In his younger years, he was a member of Rome Volunteer Fire Department. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, February 6, 2022, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio. Visitation will be held one hour (1 p.m. to 2 p.m.) prior to the service also at the funeral home.
