James William Hobbs, 43, of Huntington, WV, passed away on May 20, 2026. Born on May12, 1983 in Huntington, he was the son of the late David James Hobbs and Linda Lou Mullins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, David J. Hobbs. James was a fun loving father who never met a stranger. He will be remembered for his free spirit. James is survived by his children, Alexa Ferguson, DavidTyler Hobbs, and Addyson Hobbs; siblings, Tracy Damron and Laura Damron and his ex-wife, Jennifer Pippel. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, OH, is assisting the family with arrangements.
