James "Jim" Robert Noble's Obituary
James "Jim" Robert Noble, 79, of Proctorville, OH, passed away on Tuesday, July 30, 2024 at home. Born on April 30, 1945, in Kenova, WV, he was the son of the late James and Ruby Zelma Riggs Noble. Jim was a member of the First Baptist Church in Proctorville and attended Sanctuary of Grace. He was an Army Veteran and loved working in the church. Jim is survived by his wife of 20.5 years, Lisa Noble; his children, Jeffrey (Jodi Robbins) Noble and Jason Noble; stepchildren, Michael (Kay) Porter, and Jacklyn (Mark) DeRuiter; grandchildren, Cassandra Noble and Zachary (Hannah) Noble; step-grandchildren, Rebekah Logdon-Porter, Ian Logdon-Porter, and numerous friends. A Memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, August 1, 2024, at the First Baptist Church in Proctorville, OH. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church at 1:00 P.M. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, OH, is assisting the family.
