James Lawrence "Jim" Mahaney's Obituary
James Lawrence "Jim" Mahaney, 76, of Huntington, WV passed away on Thursday, June 29, 2023 at St. Mary's Medical Center in Huntington, WV. Jim was born on January 30, 1947 in Charleston, WV to the late Lawrence Jackson and Mabel Faye (Carpenter) Mahaney. He was the Co-Owner of Berries and Vines in Spencer, WV. In addition to his parents, Jim was preceded in death by an infant sister and his step-father, Duane "Darb" Bowen. He is survived by his wife, Dianne (Moffatt) Mahaney; two daughters, Melissa Mahaney and Jaime Mahaney; two grandchildren, Nicholas Thompson and MacKayla Thompson; special friend, Junior Barrickman and several special cousins. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 1 p.m. on August 13, 2023 at the Ritter Park Rose Garden in Huntington, WV. Hall Funeral Home & Crematory in Proctorville, OH is assisting the family.
