James Martin Roe's Obituary
James Martin Roe, 53, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Friday, August 2, 2019 at home. He was born May 13, 1966 in Queens, NY son of Ruth Grose Roe of Proctorville, Ohio and the late Albert Martin Roe. In addition to his mother he is survived by one son James Nolan Djemant Roe of New York; three sisters Evelyn Lake of Proctorville, Ohio, Deanna (Elias) Colon of Scottown, Ohio and Teresa Clagg of Milton, WV; four nephews Javier Roe, Justin Colon, Jonathan Colon and Jaden Colon; and two nieces Misty Clagg and Crystal Clagg. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by one niece Theodora Plagianakos. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Thursday, August 8, 2019 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio with Pastor David Heavner officiating.
