James Earl Mayo's Obituary
James Earl Mayo, 88, of South Point, Ohio passed away Sunday, November 18, 2018 at home. He was born February 15, 1930 in Russell, KY. He was the son of George and Alice Compton Mayo. He is survived by his wife, Crickett Johnson Mayo; three children Kelton Mayo, Bambi Mayo and David Heavner. Funeral service will be conducted 1 p.m. Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Brookdale Freewill Baptist Church, Burlington, Ohio. Burial will follow in Mayo Family Cemetery, South Point, Ohio. Visitation will be held 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, November 24, 2018 at the church. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is in charge of arrangements.
