James Ray Napier, 39, of Huntington, WV, passed away on Sunday, February 21, 2021. He was born on November 15, 1981 in Huntington, WV. He was preceded in death by his mother Linda Napier. He is survived by his three sons James Napier II, Trevin Napier, and Liam Napier; sister Veronica Napier; two brothers Brian Napier and Chris Napier; and several nieces and nephews. Private family services will be held. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH, is assisting the family with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Harmony House in Huntington, WV. Condolences may be expressed to the family at ehallfuneralhome.com.
