James Allen Panell, 56, of Hurricane, WV passed away Monday, November 26, 2018 at CAMC Teays Valley Hospital, Hurricane, WV. He was born July 20, 1962 in Dearborn, MI. He is survived by his children Timothy Kennedy, Tequila Panell, Travis Panell and Jennifer Kennedy and their mother Bonnie Kennedy; and best friend who he called his sister Tammy Pinson. Visitation will be held 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, December 1, 2018 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio with funeral service to follow at 2 p.m. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.ehallfuneralhome.com.
