James Lester Parsons' Obituary
James Lester Parsons, 91, of Huntington, West Virginia passed at the Hershel "Woody" Williams VA Medical Center. He was born on November 27, 1932, to the late Lester and Eleanor Milard Parsons. He is preceded in death by his two wives Annabelle Parsons and Elizabeth Alley Parsons and brother Bill Parsons. He is survived by one stepdaughter Sherry Lynn (Ray) Albright of Huntington, West Virginia, a special grandson Terry Gene (Robin) Hughes of Kentucky, great-grandson Hunter Hughes, special friends and care takers Debra Fillinger, Roy and Gay Brown, Les and Thelma Murry. He is an Army and Navy Veteran where he served in the Korean War. He was part owner in J & G Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning. He served as a Pastor for 25 years in the area. He was a member of Upper Gragston Missionary Baptist Church. Funeral services will be on Saturday January 20, 2024, at 1:00 PM with the visitation an hour before. Burial will follow at Miller Memorial Gardens in Miller, Ohio. Condolences to the family may be expressed at ehallfuneralhome.com
